The plugin downloadable on this page allows for quick implementation of the Payline solution in your Prestashop store (version 8 and version 9).


Functions

Payline allows the following functionalities:

  • Cash payment
    • Simple payment through our secure interface. 
  • Payments upon order or shipment
    • Payment with validation within 7 days is possible, or immediate validation for payment upon order.
  • Multiple partial cash payments
    • Each item in the order can be invoiced and charged separately. Late charges are possible (re-authorization process).
  • Full, partial, or multiple refunds
    • Each item in the order can be refunded separately.
  • One-click payment
    • The buyer uses a card saved during a previous payment. The card is offered on our secure interface.
      The buyer can update these cards in the website's wallet menu. 
  • Payment in installments (NX)
    • The buyer can make payments in 3 or 4 installments by credit card.
  • Subscription payment (REC)
    • The buyer can subscribe to a plan with a defined number of installments; the schedule is defined by the merchant.
  • Re-attempt at payment
    • The proposal of a list of alternative payment methods after a payment refusal.
  • Customizing the transaction label
    • On your customers' account statements, payments made on your e-commerce site are clearly identified.
  • Module fraud
    • Depending on the buyer's history, their addresses (including collection points), the contents of their order...
  • Proposed Payment methods (SmartDisplay)
    • Associate a price range or other criterion with each payment method configured in Payline, to offer your buyers what best matches their order (Smartdisplay).
  • Automatic payment/order synchronization
    • Has your buyer not returned to the store after being redirected to our payment interface? No problem, the notification process automatically updates their order. 


Payment process

Once the plugin is installed, configured, and activated, payment is available. 
The payment process takes place in 3 steps.




1. The buyer confirms their order.

2. He logs in, confirms his address and delivery method.

3. Then he selects his payment method
and enters his payment information.
